In the development of our work fighting against piracy we have managed to stop sea and land cargoes with more than two million apocryphal goods violating our clients´ Trademarks and other Intellectual Property. We have achieved that certain cathegories of goods at the Customs Service system are to be inspected by our clients before being imported into Argentina. Similarly, in urgent circumstances, we have obtained preliminary injuctions in different courts preventing the commercialization of infringing merchandise in only a few hours, getting the corresponding search warrants for the seizure of merchandise that was ready for entry into Argentina.
These achievements are just a sample of what we do. Estudio Millé has a long and vast experience in the fight against piracy.
