We have conducted more than 80 filings requesting the tax benefits set forth by the Software Act, with 99% of approvals, and we are activelly working in the tax benefits by the new Knowledge Act, which include a reduction in the Income Tax and in Labor Taxes for all the employees of the promoted entities. We advise on the compliance of the requirements of acceptance, we also advise to submit the request of the benefits, and to comply the obligations of the promoted companies once they get the benefits.

Our Intellectual Property Department effectively serves local and international procedures for application and defense of trademarks and patents. Our services range from the previous search and feasibility report to obtain registration of the trademark and / or patent.
